Happy Friday Friends! I’m excited for a low key weekend after traveling last weekend! I’m planning on watching some movies, doing some cleaning, and MAYBE going to a workout class. I’ve been planning on checking out either Orange Theory or this new yoga studio that opened by me.
Aqua Cut Out Floral Summer Dress
Yesterday was really hot – in the 90s! This aqua cut out floral summer dress (here) is a great option for those sunny summer days! The cut out sections on the sides of the dress are super cute, but also doesn’t show too much skin, keeping it classy. I actually even wore this dress to work last week with a blush cardigan, so you couldn’t even see the cut outs. (But then again, my office is pretty casual).
This dress is from ASOS, which is a great place to get summer dresses (not sponsored). Like I said last week, I do the majority of my shopping at Nordstrom (also not sponsored). I like to invest in quality wardrobe staples that I can mix and match and re-wear over and over again across different seasons. But I don’t necessarily feel that need with affordable summer dresses.
A lot of ASOS dresses are under $50 and are so pretty and colorful! And they have free shipping and returns! (2 day express shipping is free if you spend over $120, otherwise it’s $7.99). They also have great options for wedding guest dresses. Raise your hand if you have a billion wedding and wedding related events to go to! They also carry petite, tall, and plus size clothing.
I tend to size up one size (I usually wear 0, and I size up to 2) when ordering from ASOS. Everything I’ve ordered has fit so far. My only suggestion is that if you see something you like, you might have to make a decision quickly as things tend to sell out fast. Although they are always adding new items.
Have a great weekend!
