Hi Friends! It’s finally Friday!
I’m excited for the weekend! Let’s see what’s on the agenda…we have our friend’s birthday party in Logan Square. Oh, and I have an influencer event that takes up most of Sunday! And we’re also picking our kitchen and bathroom countertops, and possibly some tile.
Soon, we also have to pick light fixtures. Chris and I are on our own for that, and need to select and purchase them ourselves. (The builder will provide a credit back). I kind of don’t know where to begin, so if you have a suggestion as to where I should look for lighting, let me know! And if you’re not caught up on our new condo drama, you can read more here.
I’m planning to wear this burgundy jumpsuit over the weekend. It’s cute and comfortable for a day of running errands, but transitions well into my evening event (birthday party!)
I’ve also been adding to my backpack collection recently, like this quilted black bag from JustFab. Backpacks just make carrying heavy items like my DSLR camera and water bottle SO MUCH easier when I’m out and about all day. This one is chic enough for day or night (and fits my jacket for when it gets chilly)!
