Hi Guys! Happy Hump Day!
Today, I wanted to do a round up of some of my favorite winter to spring transitional outfits…especially since it’s practically April and still 40 degrees. Here are some of my favorite ways to wear spring pieces when it’s still cold out!
Long-Sleeved Cold Shoulder Tops
You’re still wearing a long-sleeved shirt, but showing off a little shoulder and a fun and colorful print! When it’s warm out, you can always wear your top with shorts.
White Denim
Don’t listen to the whole “only wear white between Memorial Day and Labor” rule. White jeans are the perfect way to stay warm and be dressed for spring.
Jumpsuits
There are so many fun spring jumpsuits out right now. Just top one with a jacket/cardigan, and closed toe shoes to stay warm! In the summer, take off the jacket and put on cute sandals!
Spring Color Jacket
Whether it’s a faux leather jacket, or a bomber jacket, I love pairing a pastel or cream colored jacket with either a dress or jeans. A blush, light yellow, or baby blue jacket would go really well with white denim too!.
Long Skirts
A long, or maxi skirt will keep your legs warm-ish, and you’ll be able to wear it all summer (sans jacket of course!)
Dresses with Over the Knee Boots
I’ve been wearing my trusty over the knee boots with spring/summer dresses – depending on how high they go up, it’s almost as warm as wearing pants.
What are your favorite ways to style spring items when it’s still chilly?
