Happy Friday Friends! Are you excited for the weekend?
Not too much new over here. We heard this week that our condo that we’ve been waiting on for 2 years is probably getting delayed again. If you’re ever thinking about purchasing new construction before it’s built, beware!
Also, I signed up for a summer class. Up to this point I’ve only taken classes fall and spring semester, but I want to start making faster progress on my master’s degree. So summer it is! I’ll be making a trip to Boston/Cambridge for the class as well.
Today, I wanted to share this red gingham skirt and navy field jacket, which I’ve paired with booties and a white tank. I was hoping it’d be a lot warmer when I shot this, but no such luck haha. This jacket is the famous J.Crew Downtown Field Jacket that many own in a moss-green/brown color. You could also wear this skirt with a denim jacket (in blue or white – a white denim jacket would be pretty!) or a chambray shirt.
When it’s warmer I want to wear this skirt with a red, white, black, or navy top, and espadrille wedges and a straw bag.
